(Re?)Construction

i was sitting in my bathroom the other day (dropping deuce, if you must know) when I came across an article profiling the reconstruction of New Orleans three years after the hurricane. The picture at the top of the page was of a young guy on a roof with a hammer, finishing work on a brand new house in a neighborhood of rubble. I've been playing around recently with the idea of starting to work in contracting and immediately the picture raised the question in me, "Why wouldn't I go and learn how to build houses in New Orleans?"





Right?
