authors note: lying is not a new aspect to storytelling and especially not mine. there are conversations that are exaggerated, statistics hiked up. thing that i would have liked to have said but didn't and then told like I did. this has always been part of me but recently even more so - a reflexive, maybe nervous tendency to lie in my stories. i promise, at least here, to keep this to a tolerable minimum. and thank you for reading.
